Brandywine Falls was once the site of Brandywine Village, a bustling community in the Cuyahoga Valley. When the railroads and roadways came along, the village eventually disappeared. However, some of the old relics remain. The actual falls tumble into a mini gorge and provide a nice little getaway from the roaring interstate just a few dozen yards away.
The falls are located inside Cuyahoga Valley National Park between Akron and Cleveland. There are several ways to get there. Just use your GPS.
The trail starts at the right side of the parking lot. The boardwalk following the creek upstream along the gorge all the way to the falls.
